Each pilot shall present at registration:

- valid FAI Sporting Licence for 2026

- valid pilot licence or national qualification

- proof of third-party liability insurance valid for competition flying in Spain

- signed pilot declaration and consent form

The entry fee includes all competition tasks, competitor identification, official training slots, water rescue coverage and event prizes. Fees are not refundable after the closure of registration, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser.
